张青莲教授是中国科学院院士,我国同位素化学的奠基人.本文介绍他在90高龄之际在原子量新值测定方面所取得的杰出成就.从1990年代初以来,他主持一个科研小组采用质谱法,实施了测定10项原子量新值的长期计划.至2001年7月已经有In、Ir、Sb、Eu、Ce、Er、Ge、Dy和Zn等9个原子量新值被国际纯粹与应用化学联合会(IUPAC)的原子量与同位素丰度委员会(CAWIA)正式确定为原子量的国际新标准;另外一个Sm原子量新值也于2005年被国际组织确认.  相似文献

This paper concerns the application of excess adsorption isotherms, measured for solvent mixture/adsorbent systems, to the characterization of TLC data. For this purpose the excess adsorption isotherms for three liquid mixtures: cyclohexane/ benzene, benzene/acetone, and carbon tetrachloride/ethyl acetate on silica gel at 20°C have been measured. These mixtures have been used as binary mobile phases in TLC measurements. It has been shown for a given solute in binary mobile phase that the quantity RM is a simple function of the excess adsorption. Parameters of this function have been used to characterize chromatographic systems with binary mobile phases.  相似文献

The adsorption behavior of pesticide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) in aqueous solution has been investigated using a hypercrosslinked polystyrene adsorbent (NDA-99) modified by dimethylamine group as well as a nonionic macroporous adsorbent (XAD-4). The Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models were employed to fit the experimental data to describe adsorption mechanism. It shows that NDA-99 resin exhibits an adsorption affinity for 2,4-D higher than XAD-4 resin owing to its exceptional micropore structure and the amine group of the hypercrosslinked matrix.Further studies indicate that the hydrogen bonding interaction and the stronger π-π conjugation play a significant role in the course of the adsorption of 2,4-D on NDA-99 resin, which is in agreement with the IR spectroscopic results and the △E values of HOMO (the highest occupied molecular orbit) of adsorbent and LUMO (the lowest unoccupied molecular orbit) of adsorbate calculated from the MINDO/3 model.  相似文献

A method has been developed for calculating more accurate and reproducible equivalent chain length (ECL) values of 33 straight-chain fatty acids (FA), with various positions and numbers of cis double bonds, chromatographed on DB-Wax and DB-1 columns. The dependence of ECL values on the position and the number of double bonds is described, as is a method of utilizing these relationships for the characterization of FA by gas chromatography.  相似文献

Liquid crystals (LCs) with diazo linkages have high dielectric and optical anisotropy. Two newly synthesized liquid crystalline compounds were dissolved in room temperature LC hosts, E7 and PTTP-24/36, to assess their properties. It was found that these mixtures have higher birefringence, larger dielectric anisotropy, and better elastic properties than the hosts. Satisfactory viscoelastic coefficients were also obtained for these mixtures, showing that they are promising LC materials for applications in the near IR region.  相似文献

The intracellular brain pH in phosphorus magnetic resonance spectroscopy is calculated using the chemical shift between the inorganic phosphate and phosphocreatine with the Henderson–Hasselbalch equations. Researchers use various mathematical formulas that have different parameters and get various results for the same input data as a consequence. Thus, the aim of this article was to determine the mathematical formulas that allow the conversion of the pH values obtained by the most popular analysis methods to each other. To determine the relationships between pH results and the applied mathematical formula, the pH values were calculated using two algorithms for the theoretical chemical shift values. The pH results were compared with each other using the appropriate t-tests. Mathematical formulas were designed to simplify the conversion of pH values obtained by two data analysis methods to each other. The pH values with were obtained this way did not differ significantly from the pH values calculated directly from the given formula. The computed mathematical formulas will make it possible to simplify pH conversions without knowing the chemical shift between inorganic phosphate and phosphocreatine but only basing on the final pH values obtained by one of the formulas.  相似文献

Cai and Zhang establish separate perturbation bounds for distances with spectral and Frobenius norms (Cai T, Zhang A. Rate‐optimal perturbation bounds for singular subspaces with applications to high‐dimensional statistics. Our Fuzzy‐Border (FB) continuum solvent model has been extended and modified to produce hydration parameters for small molecules using POlarizable Simulations Second‐order Interaction Model (POSSIM) framework with an average error of 0.136 kcal/mol. It was then used to compute pK a shifts for carboxylic and basic residues of the turkey ovomucoid third domain (OMTKY3) protein. The average unsigned errors in the acid and base pK a values were 0.37 and 0.4 pH units, respectively, versus 0.58 and 0.7 pH units as calculated with a previous version of polarizable protein force field and Poisson Boltzmann continuum solvent. This POSSIM/FB result is produced with explicit refitting of the hydration parameters to the pK a values of the carboxylic and basic residues of the OMTKY3 protein; thus, the values of the acidity constants can be viewed as additional fitting target data. In addition to calculating pK a shifts for the OMTKY3 residues, we have studied aspartic acid residues of Rnase Sa. This was done without any further refitting of the parameters and agreement with the experimental pK a values is within an average unsigned error of 0.65 pH units. This result included the Asp79 residue that is buried and thus has a high experimental pK a value of 7.37 units. Thus, the presented model is capable or reproducing pK a results for residues in an environment that is significantly different from the solvated protein surface used in the fitting. Therefore, the POSSIM force field and the FB continuum solvent parameters have been demonstrated to be sufficiently robust and transferable. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

This contribution presents and discusses an efficient algorithm for multivariate linear regression analysis of data sets with missing values. The algorithm is based on the insight that multivariate linear regression can be formulated as a set of individual univariate linear regressions. All available information is used and the calculations are explicit. The only restriction is that the independent variable matrix has to be non-singular. There is no need for imputation of interpolated or otherwise guessed values which require subsequent iterative refinement.  相似文献
